A habitual hacker found

Following is the detail of the hacker's account,who is transferring steem from the account of the users without their consent.

I was shocked to see the abuser's work and it made me more surprised when I observed that he had been involved in the same work 3 years ago and now he is again active for 3 months.

What he is doing?

He is hacking the account of the users and first transfer the steem to its own account and then transfer the steem to @wwefun
Both account @richardman and @wwefun relates with each other. And these accounts have not posted any single post.Actually, these were created with the determination of making frauds.

How I came to know about it?

One of my friend @azmat told me that his steem was transferred to other account without his consent. When I saw the abuser account, I came to know that he is a habitual dinner.

I suggest that a quick and strict action must be taken against these accounts.
