justyy provides a tool for existing users to create additional accounts - like this one so that my personal profile isn't purely about plagiarism.
I think if there's some focus on the accounts that are new and get big upvotes, especially when not publishing in a community.
This is the most obvious example - obvious abuse of the booming01 account but caught too late to do anything about.

It is never too late to stop the abuse, they still have time to pull justyy's ears even though I know he is not a child he knows what he is doing.
If he gave an explanation why he is doing this kind of thing, it would already be up to others to determine if what he is doing is okay.
