I can really understand you and your feelings.
It is certainly very small consolation to say you did a very good job! A job I didn't want to do even for higher rewards. If the thanks is that you are wasting your private time that you should have for baby and wife, let it go! If the thanks is that you don't enjoy Steemit anymore, let it go!
There are enough responsible people here that you have brought the issue to their attention. They seem to care little about it. So why should you care so much that you personally suffer?
The people in charge need to develop mechanisms if they value a decent blogging platform. If they place more value on making a quick buck, the sensible bloggers will eventually turn away. That should not be the goal.
If you ask me: Steem on, as long as you have fun!
