My grandmother, my second mother, the one who has been with me at all times, now we are facing COPD, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.
It all started 4 months ago, she has a history of covid in 2020, she overcame it, however she was left suffering from a cough that she already had before the covid

Mi abuela, mi segunda madre, la que ha estado conmigo en todo momento, ahora estamos ante la EPOC, enfermedad pulmonar obstructiva crónica. Todo empezó hace 4 meses, tiene antecedentes de covid en 2020, lo superó, sin embargo se quedó con una tos que ya tenía antes del covid

My grandmother started having more every day
Shortness of breath, especially during physical activity,
Chronic cough,
Frequent respiratory infections and a lot of lack of energy.

Mi abuela empezó a tener más cada día Dificultad para respirar, especialmente durante la actividad física, Tos crónica, Infecciones respiratorias frecuentes y mucha falta de energía.

Four days ago she had a severe coughing attack that caused her to suffocate and her blood pressure was very low.
Thank God my cousin is a nurse and she quickly attended to her while a car arrived to take her to the hospital.
Then we got to the emergency where the doctors checked her out and quickly suggested that we take her to a pulmonologist.

Hace cuatro días tuvo un ataque de tos severo que la asfixió y su presión arterial estaba muy baja. Gracias a Dios mi prima es enfermera y rápidamente la atendió mientras llegaba un auto para llevarla al hospital.
Luego llegamos a emergencias donde los médicos la revisaron y rápidamente sugirieron que la lleváramos a un neumólogo.

The pulmonologist diagnosed him with COPD, due to his tests, symptoms and history, he was a smoker from his adolescence to approximately 50 years, he is currently 86 years old.
We have my grandmother on oxygen and receiving treatment, with faith in God that she will stabilize🙏🙏🙏.

El neumólogo le diagnosticó EPOC, debido a sus pruebas, síntomas y antecedentes, fue fumador desde su adolescencia hasta aproximadamente los 50 años, actualmente tiene 86 años. Tenemos a mi abuela con oxígeno y recibiendo tratamiento, con fe en Dios que se estabilizará🙏🙏.
