How would they hear, when they listen not? And how will they know about the audible voice of God when there is no one to tell them about Christ.

Indeed, God spake to the men of the past and He is still speaking today. Bit it would only take that man that is not to busy for God and the one that has has a fellowship with Him that can listen to hear Him speak.
