Como Jonas / Like Jonas
El martes me ocurrió algo curioso, una de esas personas que se encargan de esparcir su veneno a diestra y siniestra, nos pidió el favor de realizar unas canciones y dinámicas cristianas en su lugar de trabajo… Y yo con cara de ¿Qué? … No sé cuántas veces pensé en decir que no, cuantas veces puse mala cara, cuantas veces dije ¿Pero y esta qué?... Y ¡Suas! Recordé a Jonás.
Fue en ese momento que dije “Buuuenoooo Esta bien” … Por todo el camino iba justo como Jonás, con ganas de dirigirme hacia la dirección contraria, diciéndole al Señor que no quería ir, pero con temor de que me tragara una ballena.
Entonces, para terminarla de acomodar, llegamos al lugar, y no estaba preparado el lugar, respire profundo y me senté, y no comenzamos sino hasta una hora y media y luego, después de pedirle al Señor que ministrara mi vida, llego a mí la famosa pregunta ¿Qué haría Jesús?
Alli me quede sentada, solo a esperar comenzar la actividad, no me imaginaba a Jesús diciendo cosas como “¿Y esta que se cree?” .. o “Ahhh después que me destruyo necesita de mi, que maravilla”… Al contrario, versículos como “No devolviendo mal por mal, o insulto por insulto, sino más bien bendiciendo, porque fuisteis llamados con el propósito de heredar bendición” – 1 Pedro 3:9 y Lucas 6:32 “Si amáis a los que os aman, ¿qué mérito tenéis? Porque también los pecadores aman a los que los aman” …
Al final, lo que importa es lo que Dios piense de nosotros, sabiendo que de El no podemos ocultarnos, ni ocultar nada que haya en nuestros corazones, El sabe que si nos podemos sentir como Jonás cuando no quería ir a Nínive, pero también nos da la oportunidad de no ser tragados por el pez.

Like Jonas

So, to finish setting it up, we arrived at the place, and the place was not prepared, I took a deep breath and sat down, and we did not start until an hour and a half and then, after asking the Lord to minister my life, the famous question What would Jesus do?
There I sat there, just waiting to start the activity, I could not imagine Jesus saying things like "And what is this believed?" .. or "Ahhh after I destroy myself, he needs me, what a wonder" ... On the contrary, verses like "Not returning evil for evil, or insult for insult, but rather blessing, because you were called with the purpose of inheriting blessing" - 1 Peter 3: 9 and Luke 6:32 “If you love those who love you, what credit is that to you? Because sinners also love those who love them ”…
In the end, what matters is what God thinks of us, knowing that we cannot hide from Him, or hide anything that is in our hearts, He knows that if we can feel like Jonas when he did not want to go to Nineveh, but we can also gives the opportunity not to be swallowed by the fish.
