2021 ended and we already started this new year with many expectations, dreams, goals and challenges that will test our faith, perfect our character and bring blessings that is what we believe.

Joshua 1: 1 It came to pass after the death of Moses the servant of the Lord, that the Lord spoke to Joshua the son of Nun, Moses' servant, saying:

Joshua 1: 2 My servant Moses is dead; Now, then, get up and cross this Jordan, you and all this people, to the land that I am giving to the children of Israel.

Joshua 1: 3 I have given you, as I had told Moses, every place that the sole of your foot will tread.

Joshua 1: 4 From the desert and Lebanon to the great river Euphrates, all the land of the Hittites to the great sea where the sun sets, will be your territory.

Joshua 1: 5 No one will be able to face you in all the days of your life; as I was with Moses, I will be with you; I will not leave you, nor will I forsake you.

Joshua 1: 6 Be strong and courageous; for you will distribute to this people as an inheritance the land of which I swore to their fathers that I would give it to them.

Joshua 1: 7 Just be strong and very courageous, to take care to do according to all the law that my servant Moses commanded you; do not turn from her to the right or to the left, so that you may be successful in all that you undertake.

Joshua 1: 8 This book of the law will never depart from your mouth, but you will meditate on it day and night, so that you may observe and do according to all that is written in it; because then you will prosper your way, and everything will turn out well for you.

Joshua 1: 9 See that I command you to be strong and courageous; Do not be afraid or dismayed, for Jehovah your God will be with you wherever you go.

In chapter one of the book of Joshua, God instructs Joshua to prepare himself to face a new stage in his life at the head of God's chosen people; Once Moses died he (Joshua) became chosen to CONQUER and distribute the land that God promised.

At that time, both Joshua and Israel began a new stage that included war, the fight for the cities that God gave them and, as a consequence, obtaining what God had promised them and what they had walked for forty years in the desert.

It all depends on your attitude.

Joshua 1:10 And Joshua commanded the officials of the people, saying:

Joshua 1:11 Go through the middle of the camp and send the people, saying: Prepare food for yourselves, because in three days you will cross the Jordan to enter to possess the land that Jehovah your God is giving you to possess.

Joshua 1:12 Joshua also spoke to the Reubenites and Gadites and to the half tribe of Manasseh, saying:

Joshua 1:13 Remember the word that Moses, the servant of Jehovah, commanded you, saying: Jehovah your God has given you rest, and he has given you this land.

Joshua 1:14 Your wives, your children and your cattle will remain in the land that Moses has given you on this side of the Jordan; but you, all the mighty and strong, will pass armed before your brothers, and you will help them,

Joshua 1:15 until Jehovah has given rest to your brothers as well as to you, and that they also possess the land that Jehovah your God gives them; and afterward you shall return to the land of your inheritance, which Moses the servant of Jehovah has given you, on this side of the Jordan toward which the sun rises; and you will come into possession of it.

Sometimes success is subject to the attitude you have in a given situation, and as we read in this passage, Josué showed the correct attitude since immediately upon receiving God's instructions, he called his officers and commanded to proclaim throughout the camp that they would prepare. because the moment they had been waiting for had arrived, it was time to CONQUER the PROMISE.

The leader's attitude of faith and action made the two and a half tribes also commit themselves to the task of conquest and they prepared to fight for their brothers until they all received their INHERITANCE.

2022 your new stage and your challenges.

Surely you received the word of God and there are promises, dreams and goals that you plan to CONQUER this year. To achieve your goals you must surely face many challenges this year that begins, but you must remember that God is with you in the face of any challenge and that your attitude towards them can make a difference.

Be brave, be strong and believe God because he, he, he promised to be with you and not leave you in all this journey until you manage to take possession of what belongs to you, what God promised to give you.
