2 Corinthian 8:9 isn’t taking about spiritual riches and spiritual poverty. When you read the whole chapter in Bible, you would know how Apostle Paul was dealing with financial and material affluence. Because of us, Lord Jesus Christ surrendered His reputation, His wealth and riches; He surrendered all things and make identity of Himself with us, and took who we are. He became us. Everything He did was because of us. He was not poor God, but He turned Himself poor for your sake.

In the same way Jesus weren't rich, you weren’t rich as well, but now in Him Jesus Christ, you have been made rich, just as in Him you have been made right in everything you do. An understanding of this fact will make you to walk in what you inherited in Christ; that your wealthy place in God. You should out your trust in anything, it should not be in the government, your trust shouldn't be I'm the society or in the work that you do. Your trust should not be in any reform of banking.

Your trust suppose to be in the Word because already, He turned to poor for you, by His poverty, you might turn to rich being. Now, you need to step into what Christ has already done for you and who He’s has really made you. You need to walk in the glory that God has brought you in. That was the purpose of His suffering: “...the Spirit of Christ that was in them dignified, when it testified upfront the Christ sufferings, and the glory that should follow the suffering” (1 Peter 1:11). And now, the glory now follows.
