No Condemnation in Christ Jesus

in HeartChurch5 years ago (edited)

Have you ever felt rejected, abandoned and forsaking by loved ones because of a crime you committed? One way or the other, we have experienced this in life and it has probably caused us a deep pain which left a scar to remind us of our past crime. Daily in this world , all we get is Condemnation over what we aren't, or couldn't do or couldn't have or something we did and it keeps reminding us of our past mistakes and sin. No wonder the Bible said, we would have no peace in this earth, peace can only be found in Him.

The Good news is, There's a man called Jesus to whom condemns not, who doesn't keep record of our past sins and wrong. Who clear our scars and embrace us into His loving arms wiping our struggles and sins making them as white as snow. In Him alone can we find peace. The Bible gave us a story of a woman caught in adultery, all they saw was her wrong and her sins which deserved death but Jesus saw something different, a woman who could be a battle axe, a loving daughter who lacked knowledge and needed instruction. In His arm, he cuddled her and said "Go and do it no more". What a father who sees beyond wrong and sins and welcome us as lost sheeps.

John 8:4 They say unto him, Master, this woman was taken in adultery, in the very act. 8:5 Now Moses in the law commanded us, that such should be stoned: but what sayest thou?

John 8:7 So when they continued asking him, he lifted up himself, and said unto them, He that is without sin among you, let him first cast a stone at her.

All that Christ require of us is to acknowledge our wrong, come to the cross and drop all our sins and loads in the foot of the cross. Then will he take those heavy loads off our shoulder and grant us rest and peace to which the world can't offer.

But the end of all things has drawn near. Therefore be sober-minded and be sober unto prayers.(1 Peter 4:7)
