Observe and listen without judging.

Yes, many think that doing great things will make them stand out, but there are things so simple, that not everyone knows how to practice, when someone trusts us and comes to vent, what they expect most of us is understanding, and what a beautiful thing than Someone can find in us that we can give him our support, that we can listen to him without being impressed, without judging him, without wanting to correct him, without being predisposed to say things that may hurt or hurt him.

Let us observe without having to close our eyes, let us listen without always having something to say, the greatest show of empathy, affection, and understanding that we can give to someone is to express our support, without making judgments.

From now on when someone comes to you, do not speak lightly if they do not try to understand, listen first, sometimes only someone expects us to listen to them, that we are that attentive friend who is there to listen to them without having to make any kind of comment.
