Comforting Each Other.
One of the greatest gifts that God has placed in the life of man is not being alone, surrounding ourselves with people who love us, esteem us, value us, give us a family, friends and companions on the road. Although there is still no blood bond or a great friendship, we can find people who are supportive at some point or time in our lives, when they leave, it does not always mean that they are bad people, but rather that they were there at the necessary time, they fulfilled their purpose. on us and continued on their way.
I tell you this, because it is no secret to anyone that at some point we all experience difficult moments or moments where our faith is tested, where we make mistakes or do things that are not good, that is when the role of the other comes in and it is to comfort us. Well, today I can be the one who receives comfort, but tomorrow the other could be in my place.
Why should we comfort each other? Because we fulfill the commandment of Jesus, we love our neighbor as ourselves.
When a person who is going through a difficult situation is comforted, he is receiving your comfort as if it were Jesus', because God uses us as instruments to do his work here on earth.
Let us understand that with the rod that we measure we will also be measured, if we stop comforting a person who has fallen into sin we are not practicing mercy, it is necessary that the one who has known God be a peacemaker, comforter, forgiver and above all that shows the eldest of Jesus.
Friends, instead of attacking each other, let us show mercy, let us have compassion for our neighbor, lift him up in the moment of crying and sin, and let us continue the work of Jesus on earth.
