Peace is a mental and internal state that provides peace and rest to being. Reaching this state of stillness in the midst of a world full of noise, screams, regrets, burdens, debts, a collapsing and unstable economy, a pandemic that so far does not stop, evil governments, and so many negative things, peace is seen questioned.

Peace (from the Latin pax), defined in a positive sense, is a state on a social or personal level, in which the parts of a unit are in balance and stability. It also refers to the peace of mind of a person or society; Defined in a negative sense, it is the absence of unrest, violence or war.

Collectively, "peace" is the opposite of war. It is an inner state (identifiable with the Greek concepts of ataraxia and sofrosine) devoid of negative feelings (anger, hatred). The word of God teaches that Jesus Christ is the Prince of Peace, that the punishment of our peace was on him, about Jehovah tells us that He is the God of peace.

For many people, it is not so easy to remain calm when hundreds of people die every day in the world or get sick, when there is no money in the bank account or when the market and food at home run out.
Jesus was clear in announcing that in the world we need afflictions, but that we trust because He overcame.

These things I have told you so that you may have peace in me. In the world you will have affliction; But trust me, I have conquered the world. John 16:33 NLT

Having peace in God is a goal that we all must achieve. The conquest of peace that is through faith allows us to win every day.

And the Lord of peace himself always give you peace in every way. The Lord be with you all. 2 Thessalonians 3:16

You will keep in complete peace the one whose thoughts of you persevere; because he in you he trusts.Isaiah 26: 3

I think that the Sacred Scriptures call us to Seek peace because it is lost. Nobody looks for something that has not been lost, it means then, that peace is something that we must seek every day of our pilgrimage and after we have it we must follow it,
