Psalm 36:9 For with thee is the fountain of life: in thy light shall we see light.

Many believers seem to forget that God is our father and in him we find expression. The scriptures says in his light, we shall see light. Another scriptural verse says, in God we breathe, we move and have our being.
We derive benefits from staying close to God, he directs our paths and leads us through the right path. Our dependency should be on God, because he made us. Everything we do falls back to him, we have everything to gain by depending on him, we rely in his strength, hence, we rest in him. What a joy to know that we have a backbone, someone that watches our back, someone that takes care of us. Glory to God!
