One of the main characteristics of life is that it is in constant change and that no moment remains the same. Life that stagnates tends to be a life without meaning. Resilience is the capacity or strength of those people, who are not afraid of threats, knowing that they are rich because they have nothing and are strong because they are not the slave of others. Having hope is not a state of stillness and passivity for what is expected, but rather implies a fundamental attitude in the one who waits, and it is strength, itself the positive adaptation that allows one to survive in the face of threat.

Well, Christians hope in God, but we cannot expect everything to fall from Heaven for us. An example of this is what the Old Testament tells us about the people of Israel in the desert, the people when leaving Egypt had all their hope placed in the Lord, and they knew that God was not going to abandon them, although that implied a series of attitudes that showed that hope, such as making the decision to leave Egypt and leave the security that they had in that town, in terms of food and shelter, was an act driven by the promises of the Lord, and it was They were not disappointed.

Consequently, we never walk the path of life alone. Generally we go through pleasant moments, suffering, losses, worries, sadness, and we must know how to cope with problems, but they result in opportunities for growth. For that reason, we must walk looking for God, fight with great faith, maintain it, because it is trust that strengthens us and supports us to keep walking over all difficulties, taking life back in a constructive way, because it is God who us provides their care and protection, against any danger that comes our way in life. He is the one who holds us by the hand and raises us up to continue marching through life until the end of our days.

In addition to our family and friends, we have God and His Word. The Bible is our greatest and best support in times of adversity; He gives us comfort, advice and the necessary correction at the right times.

In the Bible, we can find numerous examples of Resilience; Abraham, the father of faith, waited for years for his son Isaac and received the promises from God (Genesis 21:22).
