It has become a norm in Christiandom where most persons skip reading about genealogies of men or race.
Most times we read the genealogies in scripture with haste, little did we know that their are spiritual mystery unveiled in this genealogy that traces a very important purpose in God's heart.
The book of Matthew is the only book that traced the genealogy of Christ, which depicts God's meticulous and strategic plan in manifesting His divine redemption of man on earth.
By Divine ordination our patriachs were granted vistas into the mind of the Immortals, and this baton was passed from one generation to the other with the mandate of God's redemptive plan registered in the minds of the father's of old.
The genealogy are like a relay race, beyond the ordinary birth of the offspring. But at the end of the time of the father's on earth, before they join the clouds of witnesses, the Immortals releases another father as offsprings of the patriachs who will continue the process for God's divine redemptive plan to be manifested in time.
At the time appointed when the vistas of the Spirit was unveiled to God's handmaiden Mary, Joseph had not been able to plunge into the achieves of the kingdom to download the blueprint of God's redemptive plan that Mary has submitted to, even though He was from the descendent of the father's through which this divine plan is been sustained.
He was determined not to make Mary a public disgrace, until the Immortals decided to pay him a visit from the terrains of Glory.
Then he was acquainted to divine plan. We need to be open to the Spirit of God to receive ventilations of the Spirit, so as to get refreshed with the dew of heaven to work in line with our divine ordination.
Joseph didn't know that the reason why He came from the linage of David was to play a key role in the the redemptive plan of God.
We need to align ourselves to God's purpose for our lives. But this cannot be possible unless we seek Him who made us and orchestrate our lives before we were born.
Proverbs 25:2 "It is the glory of God to conceal things, but the glory of Kings is to search things out.
Before you were born, there was a purpose of which you have been handed over the baton to fulfill. Rely on His grace so that the purpose of God in your life and family will be fulfilled.

I had never read calling the angels of God by the name of the immortals of the land of glory, I loved that name.
I agree with you in your message especially when you say
I firmly believe that God wants me to learn to trust him but it is as you say it is necessary to seek God's direction, the revelation of his will, a plan for me can only be to listen and obey something simple.
