Courage in difficult times

Greetings friends. Surely, like me, you are living a difficult time with overwhelming problems that shake your peace and maybe they have brought you some tears.
In truth, there are times when we want to escape trouble and fly as high above storms as eagles do. However, it takes a lot of courage and a lot of strength to face the difficult test.

In these years of pandemic and economic crisis I have had to face the difficult thing, lose my job and face the symptoms of the disease in the midst of economic shortages to buy the respective treatments that minimize the disease.

Not having a job leads you to put your hand on your head and think about the two children you have and the wife we must also support. If you are looking for employment, most companies have their doors closed because the pandemic forces them to take care of their employees. In short, in times of crisis we either run like failures or we seek God's powerful help.

I have learned in all these stormy times that lamenting and complaining is not the solution. God is the only help and our soon help in the midst of all tribulation. Coming to the feet of Christ will help us to lighten the heavy burden of the crisis and we will find words of fresh encouragement to face the stormy situation.

In problems we must recognize that God is our refuge and strength. Only God can extend that hand that we need when things are not going well. God gives us the courage to resist and to get out of the complicated adversity that we are facing. God will always tell us as He told Joshua: “Be strong and courageous.

In times of crisis we need to exert ourselves and show the courage that the Holy Spirit gives us. Remember that we are not alone and that God promised his presence every day of our lives. It is time to rise up as a friend, and to believe God, who is our helper and protector.

Let's not forget, that if God for us, who against us.
