Detrás de cada fracaso está la "excusistis”. (ESP/ENG)
Así como hay personas afortunadas y exitosas, también las hay desafortunadas, que siempre se escudan en una excusa para justificar aquello que no les permite avanzar o alcanzar una meta personal u organizacional.
Sin duda, la excusitis es una enfermedad que encoge la mente y en lugar de producir progreso personal o empresarial, lo que hace es estancarlo.
Si queremos tener éxito personal, es necesario romper con el estilo de vida de las excusas. Las personas de éxito siempre tienen un programa de desarrollo y crecimiento. Son personas que aprovechan las oportunidades, incluso cuando son conscientes de que hay riesgos en las decisiones que pueden tomar.
Salir de la línea del conformismo ayudará mucho, a no poner tantas excusas en la consecución de las metas propuestas. Las personas exitosas tienen muchas potencialidades brillantes que requieren ser revisadas, para conocer los principios que utilizan para ser exitosas y luego, poder imitar a estas excelentes personas exitosas.
Hay muchas diferencias entre una persona de éxito y una persona que se refugia en la excusitis. La persona de éxito se sostiene en la situación en la que vive, por muy peligrosa que sea, mientras que la persona que se refugia en la excusitis, apenas consigue sostenerse en la situación en la que vive.
La excusitis sólo permite que una persona tenga logros mediocres, mientras que la persona exitosa siempre tendrá logros grandes y relevantes. Los que tienen logros mediocres, siempre tendrán una excusa para justificarse, sin embargo, los exitosos, asumen los retos y se apoyan en el poder de su creencia de que pueden superar cualquier reto en la vida.
Cuando Dios llamó a Moisés para liberar a su pueblo de Egipto, Moisés quiso utilizar su problema de tartamudez como excusa, sin embargo, Dios le animó a desarrollar su confianza en Dios y no en sus debilidades como hombre.
Entonces Moisés dijo al Señor: "Por favor, Señor, nunca he sido un hombre elocuente, ni ayer ni en los tiempos pasados, ni siquiera después de haber hablado con tu siervo; porque soy lento de palabra y de lengua. Éxodo 4: 10

Behind every failure is the "excusistis".
Just as there are lucky and successful people, there are also unlucky ones, who always hide behind an excuse to justify that which does not allow them to advance or achieve a personal or organizational goal.
Undoubtedly, excusitis is a disease that shrinks the mind and instead of producing personal or business progress, what it does is to stagnate it.
If we want to be personally successful, it is necessary to break with the excuse lifestyle. Successful people always have a program of development and growth. They are people who take advantage of opportunities, even when they are aware that there are risks in the decisions they can make.
Getting out of the line of conformity will help a lot, to not make so many excuses in the achievement of the proposed goals. Successful people have many brilliant potentialities that require review, in order to know the principles they use to be successful and then, to be able to imitate these excellent successful people.
There are many differences between a successful person and a person who takes refuge in excusitis. The successful person sustains himself in the situation in which he lives, however dangerous it may be, while the person who hides behind the excuse, barely manages to sustain himself in the situation in which he lives.
Excusitis only allows a person to have mediocre achievements, while the successful person will always have great and relevant achievements. Those who have mediocre achievements, will always have an excuse to justify themselves, however, the successful, take on challenges and rely on the power of their belief that they can overcome any challenge in life.
When God called Moses to deliver his people from Egypt, Moses wanted to use his stuttering problem as an excuse, however, God encouraged him to develop his trust in God and not in his weaknesses as a man.
Then Moses said to the Lord, "Please, Lord, I have never been an eloquent man, neither yesterday nor in times past, even after You have spoken to Your servant; for I am slow of speech and slow of tongue. Exodus 4: 10
