La llegada del reino de Dios es un tema que actualmente está adquiriendo más interés por las personas debido a los acontecimientos mundiales que están sucediendo y que preocupan a todos, es por eso que actualmente las personas en todo el mundo ven con mucha preocupación los acontecimientos que están ocurriendo en todo el mundo como lo son la pandemia por el Covid-19, el aumento del hambre, los conflictos bélicos, la corrupción vertiginosa de los gobiernos, la escasez de alimentos, el alto costo de productos de primera necesidad, el incremento del delito, de la maldad, la violencia y la falta de amor entre los seres humanos por decir solo estos.
Lo anterior ha llevado a muchas personas a hacerse la siguiente pregunta: ¿Mejorarán las cosas? ¿Habrá alguna solución? ¿Existirá un gobierno que realmente soluciones todos estos problemas que afectan dramáticamente a los seres humanos?

Es evidente que los gobiernos de todo el mundo han tratado de solucionar todos esos problemas que se mencionaron anteriormente para proporcionarles a sus ciudadanos una mejor calidad de vida pero no han tenido éxito por más esfuerzo que hayan hecho. Por el contrario los problemas se han incrementado considerablemente en los últimos años tal como se muestran en los informes arrojados por organizaciones como la ONU, la CEPAL, la OPS entre otras.
Por lo visto, ningún gobierno del mundo por más que se lo proponga y con todos los recursos que posea no podrá acabar con los problemas que afectan a los seres humanos, entonces, ¿quiere decir esto que no habrá ninguna solución? ¿Qué dice la biblia sobre el gobierno que si podrá solucionarle todos los problemas a la humanidad? Pues, en el libro de los Salmos capítulo 2, versículo 2 dice:
“Los reyes de la tierra toman su posición y los altos funcionarios se reúnen como uno solo contra Jehová y contra su ungido”.
En correspondencia con el texto anterior está Daniel capítulo 2 versículo 44 dice:
“En los días de esos reyes, el Dios del cielo establecerá un reino que nunca será destruido ni pasará a manos de ningún otro pueblo. Este reino hará añicos y podrá fin a todos esos reinos, y será el único que permanecerá para siempre.
De igual modo en el libro de Apocalipsis capítulo 16, versículo 14 dice:
“De hecho, son mensajes inspirados por demonios y realizan señales; se dirigen a los reyes de toda la tierra habitada con el fin de reunirlos para la guerra del gran día de Dios, el Todopoderoso”.

The coming of the kingdom of God is a topic that is currently acquiring more interest by people due to the world events that are happening and that concern everyone, that is why currently people around the world see with great concern the events that are occurring around the world such as the pandemic by the Covid-19, the increase of hunger, war conflicts, the vertiginous corruption of governments, food shortages, the high cost of basic necessities, the increase of crime, wickedness, violence and lack of love among human beings, just to mention a few.
This has led many people to ask themselves the following question: Will things get better? Will there be a solution? Will there be a government that will really solve all these problems that dramatically affect human beings?

It is evident that governments around the world have tried to solve all the problems mentioned above in order to provide their citizens with a better quality of life, but they have not succeeded no matter how hard they have tried. On the contrary, the problems have increased considerably in recent years as shown in the reports issued by organizations such as the UN, ECLAC, PAHO and others.
Apparently, no government in the world, no matter how hard it tries and with all the resources it has, will not be able to end the problems that affect human beings, so does this mean that there will be no solution? What does the Bible say about the government that will be able to solve all the problems of humanity? Well, in the book of Psalms chapter 2, verse 2 it says:
"The kings of the earth take their stand and the high officials gather as one against Jehovah and against his anointed."
Corresponding to the above text is Daniel chapter 2 verse 44 reads:
In the days of those kings, the God of heaven will establish a kingdom that will never be destroyed or pass into the hands of any other people. This kingdom will shatter and put an end to all those kingdoms, and it will be the only one that will stand forever.
Likewise in the book of Revelation chapter 16, verse 14 it says:
"In fact, they are messages inspired by demons and perform signs; they are addressed to the kings of the whole inhabited earth in order to gather them for the war of the great day of God, the Almighty."

According to these texts, the God of heaven will establish a government on earth while these human kingdoms that we know of are still in existence and will eliminate them by means of a war between these human governments and God, His government will last forever.
But what can we say about this kingdom of God? To begin with, the government of the Almighty is not a means for his rulers to enrich themselves at the expense of the subjects; but a means to fulfill God's will. This includes making real the promise to grant to those who love him eternal life in an earthly paradise, this can be ascertained or consulted in the following chapters which I invite you to read. (Isaiah 35:1, 5, 6; Matthew 6:10; Revelation 21:1-4).
