Hola queridos amigos de la Iglesia del Corazón, espero se encuentren super bien, en esta oportunidad quiero hablarles del Sacramento de la Confirmación.
¿Que es la Confirmación?
La palabra confirmación significa afirmar o consolidar, en este sacramento se fortalece la obra del bautismo, el confirmando se une mas con la iglesia, fortaleciéndose para ser testigo de Jesucristo, de palabra y obra. A partir de la confirmación pasamos a ser cristianos maduros, podemos llevar una vida cristiana mas activa.
Signos de la Confirmación
Imposición de manos invocado al Padre la efusión del Espíritu Santo:
Esta imposición de manos y la invocación de Dios expresa que el don que va a recibir quienes se confirman viene de Dios, estos jóvenes podrán ser hombres y mujeres que vivan la plenitud de la vida según el Espíritu.
Unción:
El obispo unge con el Santo Crisma a cada uno de los que se confirman, se hace imponiendo la mano en la frente, y diciendo estas palabras: Recibe por esta señal el don del Espíritu Santo. Este gesto nos habla de la dignidad del confirmado, pero sobre todo de la misión que recibe él recibe en el momento de ser ungido con el crisma. Esta señal en la frente es el sello del Espíritu Santo que marca la pertenencia total a Cristo.
El Beso de Paz:
Es un signo cálido y hermoso, de confianza, de comunión. El obispo besa la mejilla del nuevo confirmado dándole la paz del Señor, es un signo que manifiesta la comunión eclesial con el obispo y con todos los fieles.
Importancia
El confirmado recibe los 7 dones Espíritu Santo que son: Sabiduría, entendimiento, concejo, fortaleza, ciencia, piedad y temor de Dios. Lo cual es muy importante ya que nos fortalecemos para defender nuestra fe y poder trasmitirla.

Signs of Confirmation
Laying on of hands invoked to the Father the outpouring of the Holy Spirit:
This laying on of hands and the invocation of God expresses that the gift that those who confirm themselves will receive comes from God, these young people will be able to be men and women who live the fullness of life according to the Spirit.
Anointing:
The bishop anoints each of those who are confirmed with the Holy Chrism, it is done by laying his hand on his forehead, and saying these words: he receives the gift of the Holy Spirit through this sign. This gesture speaks to us of the dignity of the confirmed person, but above all of the mission that he receives at the moment of being anointed with chrism. This mark on the forehead is the seal of the Holy Spirit that marks total belonging to Christ.
The Kiss of Peace:
It is a warm and beautiful sign, of trust, of communion. The bishop kisses the cheek of the new confirmed giving him the peace of the Lord, it is a sign that shows the ecclesial communion with the bishop and with all the faithful.
Importance
The confirmed receives the 7 Holy Spirit gifts that are: Wisdom, understanding, advice, strength, science, piety and fear of God. Which is very important since we strengthen ourselves to defend our faith and be able to transmit it.
