Cleaning and ordering We can constantly clean our house, but there is always a special day that we choose to do a deep cleaning, we carefully clean spaces in the house that for a long time are not touched or moved. We should take that same example for ourselves, today when it is common to fight with so many things at the same time, be it children, husband, work, family, economy; It is vital to stop and choose that day to dedicate ourselves to meditate, analyze everything that we have collected in our being, cleanse all kinds of emotions and above all, come to ourselves when we cannot fulfill or do what we have proposed.
Many think that one of the ways to free ourselves is by forgiving those who have hurt us, perhaps sometimes we carry things stored in our hearts for years, blaming others, but the reality is that we cannot be free, not because we cannot forgive to the other, but the guilt that we carry within is against us.
Yes, it sounds a bit crazy but many times the guilt you carry inside cannot come out because it is not due to another person, but to yourself, and if you do not accept it, you will never be able to forgive yourself. People come to feel guilty for bad decisions or what is worse for them, for failing to do what they should do.
And it is normal that at some point in life frustration can come to you for these reasons, that is why you should always do that cleaning in your heart and believe that if at any time you felt guilt, it is time to free yourself from that guilt AND cleanse your heart to order your thoughts.

Podemos limpiar constantemente nuestra casa, pero siempre hay un día en especial que escogemos para hacer una limpieza profunda, limpiamos con detenimiento espacios de la casa que por mucho tiempo ni se tocan o mueven.
Es imprescindible e importante este tipo de limpiezas pues después de que se realiza la casa queda perfectamente limpia y es capaz de resistir un tiempo más hasta que vuelva a esa limpieza nuevamente.
Ese mismo ejemplo deberíamos tomarlo para nosotros mismos, en el día de hoy cuando sea común luchar con tantas cosas a la vez, sean hijos, esposo, trabajo, familia, economía; es vital hacer un alto y escoger ese día para dedicarnos a meditar, analizar todo lo que hemos recogido en nuestro ser, limpiar toda tipo de emociones y sobre todo personarnos a nosotros mismos cuando no podamos cumplir o hacer lo que nos hemos propuesto.
Muchos piensan en que una de las formas de liberarse es perdonando a los que nos han lastimado, quizás a veces llevamos cosas guardadas en nuestro corazón por años, culpando a otros, pero la realidad es que no podemos ser libres, no porque no podemos perdonar al otro, sino que la culpa que llevamos dentro es en contra nuestra.
Si, suena un poco descabellado pero muchas veces la culpa que llevas dentro no puede salir porque no es por se debe a otra persona, si no para ti mismo, y si no lo aceptas, nunca podrás perdonarte. Las personas llegan a sentirse culpables por malas decisiones o lo que es peor para ellos, por dejar de hacer lo que debían hacer.
Y es normal que en algún momento de la vida la frustración pueda venir a ti por estos motivos, por eso siempre debes hacer esa limpieza en tu corazón y creer que si en algún momento sentiste culpa, es tiempo de liberarte de esa culpa Y limpiar tu corazón para ordenar tus pensamientos.
The Lord expects from us a constant renewal in our mind and spirit; When we acknowledge our sins, ask for forgiveness, and turn away, it cleanses us even from our own evil.
