Trust and distrust are a decision that each one makes regarding the situations or people that surround us in life, trust is quite difficult when there have been various situations of betrayal, but distrust can also be an excessive habit that directly affects our relationships with others and could also affect our peace.

Trust and mistrust can have two faces, so it is best to strike a balance between the two. Between trusting and mistrusting, I personally would build trust, because mistrust brings with it other negative emotions and feelings that will not really allow you to live in peace, you will always be on the defensive.

However, there is a mistake that most of us make with respect to trust and that is that we believe that trust is to give everything to a person and it is not like that, one thing is to give confidence and another is to leave everything in the hands of others, that is when they come the problems, since human beings are not exempt from failing and when the other person does not do what we expect then we feel betrayed and disappointed.

Confidence is also a decision, if we decide to give confidence to someone, even if that person is not the most responsible, perhaps he will do it in the best way since we are supporting him to perform some task correctly, the bible says that we approach God with confidence and that we can deliver our loads to you, but without two different tasks, it doesn't mean that trusting equals delivering.

Trust is support that you give to someone, but we make the mistake of believing that trust is giving and sometimes this is not the case, they are completely different tasks.

It is true that there are people worthy of giving our trust, and others not, so we must be wise about how we should act depending on the situation in which we find ourselves.

Let's see the faces of these situations and achieve the balance between them, let's learn how to trust, what this act implies, and instead of being distrustful, let's be wise to know how we should behave with each person and situation.
