Rest for some could be coming home from work and sleeping or giving your body time to relax after a hard task. However, for others, rest is much more than that because it is an emotional rest, the one that we pray to heaven to come as soon as possible, because we cannot resist the situation we are going through.
How many have ever felt that way?

I believe that life is an accumulation of experiences, experiences that transform us day by day, and that sometimes are very painful and come to change everything.

Many times these experiences are the ones that exhaust us, make us feel that we can't take it anymore and then we pray to God with all our being to bring rest to our lives.

I must tell you that it is not necessary for you to reach this point, because God is always with us, both in good times and in bad. What happens is that we tend to forget it.

Let us remember that the bible says that we cast our burden on Jehovah, Jesus said my yoke is easy and my burden is light, come to me and I will make you rest.

And this is what I want us to understand today, that no matter what situation we are going through, God will always be there, and He can give us rest, in the midst of a storm we can live in absolute peace, because our rest flows from Him.

Do not wait for everything to get better to rest, nor believe that everything must be perfect to have peace, even in that situation, you can experience that peace that only God can give or only He can do because He is true peace.

It is necessary that even in the midst of trial and pain we are participants in the peace of God and we can rest in Him, who is our refuge, we enjoy the embrace of the father in any circumstance.
