Medical records in some of the hospital is handled and stored in such a way that it becomes difficult to locate patients data and record, and this sometimes keep patients waiting.

I can imagine. There are countless scenarios of such but what can be done given the kind of system available to this sector. We all know that blockchain adoption is the future to regularise these limitations and drawbacks.
