Hello everyone, how are you all doing, may the grace of God be with you all this weekend. I welcome you all to my homework assignments task 1, which is about Tron Ecosystem, this course was taught by prof @sapwood.
Homework Question

What is TronLink and what is Tronscan?
What is Tronkink
As history goes, the Tron foundation was created in 2017 by Justin Sun, the idea behind the creation of Tron is to build a global and independent environment, that will help to connect different business individuals and also to perform their various transactions without the influence of a third party.
When Tron was first created, it was first available
On chrome extension where you can add it up on your chrome extension before their main dApp was created, which also come with different functions, users can send and receive TRX tokens, which are also Integrated with a smart contract for transaction execution with the Use of the Dapps applications.
Uses of Tronlink
Tronlink was created with the vision of eliminating third-party involvement in users transaction, which help to increase the user interaction with the system.
Tronlink makes it easier for users to make transactions, users can send, receive Tron tokens.
Tronlink operates a smart contract that helps in running a trustless system, where all transactions are visible to all users.
Tronlink wallet can also be used to vote and also to freeze users token
Tronlink makes it easier for users to make exchanges within a certain time limit which will not affect other exchanges going on in the Tron system, the exchanges are not time-consuming.
What is a Tronscan
Tronscan can be said to be a blockchain explorer for the Tron community where users can make a safe transaction either sending, receiving transactions, it also helps users in managing their TRX token, where all users can use the Tronscan network to make a safe swap exchange from Tron token to other tokens without the influence of a third party.
Tronscan also helps to confirm and validate user transactions that were made on the Tron network, this Tronscan is also a built-in web wallet that is used for sending, receiving, also managing the Tron token. Tronscan also helps to create Tron token, voting, and contract deployment.
Uses of Tronscan
Tronscan is a blockchain explorer which helps users to confirm their transactions on the Tron network, which also helps users to make a trustless transaction without thinking about being duped.
Tronscan is also used as a bridge between other dApps networks, which helps to get tokens from other networks safely without third-party interference in the process of the transaction.
Tronscan network also uses a smart contract system, which means that all transactions are visible and display to all users through the ledger system which also shows the transparency of the network.
Tronscan is also used to search for the Tron ecosystem.
How do you verify a transaction status(including timestamp, resource consumption(bandwidth & energy), nos of confirmations) using Tronscan-- Examples, Screenshot?
with some images, I will be showing you all how to verify and confirm the timestamp, resources consumption(bandwidth & energy), (nos of confirmations) using the Tronscan page.
- Step 1: The first thing you do is to log in to the Tronscan website by using this link on your mobile phone browser.

After you log in to the website the image above will be what will be displayed on the platform.
- Step 2: After you log in to the website, in order to search for an account, the easiest way is to input the hash address for the account you are trying to find, you can input the hash address(TCEo1hMAdaJrQmvnGTCcGT2LqrGU4N7Jqf) on the search space which is located at the top of the webpage.

- Step 3: After you input the hash address on the search bottom, you then click on it which will send you straight to the account, on the account, you will be able to view all information and transaction that have taken place in the account such as the sender and the receivers address, it also displayed the timestamp of the transactions, it also displayed current status of all transactions.
The image above it shows that to they are several columns showing Token Balances, transactions, transfers, blocks, and so on, in order to view any of them you have to click on the columns above to display them, in my case I clicked on the transaction columns which shows all information and details of all transactions that have taken place on the account.
The image above shows the hash address of the sender and also the receiver, it also shows the timestamp when the transaction takes place, it also displays the status of the transaction showing either the transaction is successful or not, all this gives the accurate information of that account which also tells us that all users don't have to be afraid of been duped because each transaction records will be displayed for all party to see and no user can change the transaction when it has been sent.
What are the different dApps can you explore using the TronLink wallet?
They are a few dApps that you can use to explore the Tronlink wallet, this dApps can be used to receive the TRX tokens, they are systems that use the smart contract system for the executions of their transactions.
The images that will be displayed below shows different dApps that you can explore using the Tronlink wallet.
The image above shows the dApps that can be explored by the Tronlink wallet.
the image above shows SUN decentralized applications system, also displayed the lock total value of $3, 189, 177, 617, also shows the exploration of dApp from Tron wallet
the image above shows the sunSwap app system, also displayed the lock total value of $1,838,438,068, this also shows the exploration of dApp from the Tron wallet
The image above shows the Tronscan app system, also shows the exploration of dApp from the Tron wallet
Make a transaction(a micro-transaction) with Justswap or JustLend using TronLink wallet? Screenshot
There are different steps to take to make a transaction using justSwap, these steps will be illustrated below.
- Step 1: The first thing you do when you want to make such a transaction is to log into your Tronwallet app.
screenshot from Tron wallet
The image above shows that I've logged into my Tron wallet account.
- Step 2: After I log into my account, then I went and select dApp that I want to use for the transaction, the dApps that I'm using is JustSwap dApp.
screenshot from Tron wallet
The above image shows the dApps I'm using for the transaction, also shows the amount I am using for the swap which is about 1.7 USDT to 16 TRX.
- Step 3: After choosing the amount I'm using for the swap, I scroll down where I saw the swap icon which I then clicked on to continue with the transaction.
from Tron wallet
- Step 4: After clicking on the swap icon, I was directed to another page where I was shown more details of the transaction, I was asked to confirm the swap.
screenshot from Tron wallet
- Step 5: After confirming the swap, a notification will be shown to you that your swap is completed which will show that I swap 1.79 USDT to 16.325171 TRX.

Conclusion
From the above discussion, it shows that Tronlink wallet is a wallet built on as a decentralized application where all users are able to send and receive TRX, TRC10, TRC20 tokens, all these are based on a smart contract system where users can perform their respective transactions without the need to worry about their transaction being hijacked by hackers, which also shows how safe it is to make transactions on Tronlink wallet. Also, the above transaction that was made shows how safe it is to use dApps for your swap transactions.
