ICO allows crypto project to raise funds which will be used to sponsor other expenses that will be incurred during the process of the development of the said token. This is indeed a valid point my friend because crypto projects needs funding and to get this funding a portion of the crypto asset is always mapped out to be sold at discounted rate to investors so as to raise the amount needed to continue the project.
