Introduction
This Week was amazing for me as Two of my Invitees has joined Academy this Week and I am very happy that Now, Total of 7 Invitees have joined Academy and I will work hard to make this number more and more.

This User has done 6 Fixed Tasks this Week in which she has been graded in 3 tasks which are 7 marks, 7.1 marks and 0 marks respectively. In one task, Some of her content were found copied from a site. I have guided her not to copy anything. And Now, She has understood. Hope, She will not do this mistake again.

She has done a total of 8 Fixed tasks this Week. It is a huge number in a Week. But Unfortunately, She has received 0 marks in two of her courses which is shameful.
She has been graded in three tasks in which she has received 8.2 marks in her first task and Two of her tasks caught plagiarized. This is bad act done by her. I personally talk to her and told her not to do something like this. Plagiarism is not tolerated here in this Academy. She has now understood. She is feeling guilty and Hope, She will do better in her courses.

He now don't have 300 SP for participating in Beginner courses in Season 5 but When His post payout will add to his wallet, He will surely power up and will start participating in Beginner Courses.
I hope He will start participating in Beginner courses from this Week itself.

Strategies this Week
I have promoted Crypto Academy in various platforms like Facebook Groups, Discord Servers and I have also invited some users this Week and guided them about Introduction post.
Some of users were caught plagiarized this Week. So, I personally talk to them and guided them that Plagiarism is not tolerated here. Hope they will not do this mistake in their next Courses.
I have guided about Markdowns Styles to my new users who have joined Academy this Week. As Two of my Invitees have completed all their 10 Fixed tasks. So, I have guided them about participating in Beginner courses.
I told all my users to do as much courses as they can, as Season 5 has started and I want my users to participate in Season 5 courses as early as possible. That's why, This Week they have done many courses.

Targets for Next Week
I have invited 7 users this Week out of which 3 users have not done their Introduction Post. So, I will guide them about their Introduction post and about basic things of Steemit.
I will try to promote Academy in other platforms also. I will guide my users who have completed their all Fixed tasks about Beginner courses.
I will also communicate with my previous invitees who have not done upto Achievement 4 and I will guide them.
Conclusion
I am happy that now, a total of 7 Invitees have joined Academy. I will work hard to invite more and more users to Crypto Academy.
Two of my Invitees have also achieved 55+ reputation which means they are now eligible for participating in Beginner courses which has started from today.
Whenever their payout will be added to their wallet, they will instantly power up and will Start participating in Beginner courses.
