More like an NFT right. This will definitely stop a lot of people from selling fake lands to people and others to from encroaching the spaces of others.

Yep as much as we might hate this sometimes, it helps in some cases too. This means that figures cannot be manipulated by people once they are stored or entered into the blockchain.

So true. I just came to realize that it's cheap for users and consumers but not so for implementers.
Infrastructural cost can run into serious sums, though since it's shared/decentralised, few times the cost may be spread out.
