Hello Steemians!
After a short vacation, today I'm here to share my Experience and Feedback as a Crypto Professor in the Steemit Crypto Academy. So, let me expand brief details of the main points highlighted by the Summary & Feedback post.
In fact, I can say that I am a good fan of the Crypto Field. That's why I wanted to be an active member of Steemit and as well as Steemit Crypto Academy. In the early days when I was associated with Steemit, Crypto Academy was in its final stage of Season 2. However, I was able to participate in it from the beginning of Season 3 for Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced Courses and at the end of the season, I was also able to be selected as a Season Superstar. Eventually, I could work as a Crypto Professor at Steemit Crypto Academy for Seasons 4 and 5.

First of all, I would like to mention that the Steemit Crypto Academy is the best place to learn Crypto-related subjects very well. To be honest, the Academy has turned many people into somewhat Professional Crypto Traders. I can say without hesitation that if anyone has taken courses from beginner level to advanced level, he will undoubtedly already have a very good level of knowledge about the field of Crypto.
In addition to that, almost everyone was able to learn about this Steemit Ecosystem deeply. That is, beyond the traditional publishing of a post, almost everyone was able to gain a better understanding of how this Steemit platform works, the special features of its content and the technology contained in it.
Furthermore, through the lessons that I taught in the second and fourth weeks of Steemit Crypto Academy season 5, students were able to learn how to create their own cryptocurrency without much coding knowledge. At the same time, they learned how to list those Tokens on a public exchange. That is, they were able to go beyond traditional cryptocurrency trading and create their own cryptocurrencies with their own exercise.
I think #CLUB5050 status worked well with the Academy. Because of that everyone tended to power up at least 50/50 of their rewards. Therefore, it has produced a lot of strong Steemians as compared to the previous times. And also, it was a great opportunity to keep the value of our STEEM coin.
In my point of view, the past 30 days minimum 150SP power up rule was not a good opportunity for every beginner level student. According to my research, even the number of participants was reduced after introducing the 150SP rule as compared to previous times. Because, even if a newcomer has completed all the achievement tasks in the newcomers community, he only receive 30-40 STEEM. So, he can not reach 150 Steem without strong community support. Therefore, I think the 150SP rule didn't work well especially for the beginner level students.
In the Steemit Crypto Academy Season 5, I didn't see any motivation for #CLUB75, #CLUB75 and #CLUB100 students. It means those students who had followed club5050, club75 and club100, their rewards were the same. Therefore, many students in the academy were not motivated to switch from club5050 to club75.
According to my mind, homework post reposting is not good behaviour to keep the value of the Steemit Crypto Academy. In Season 5, I saw a lot of Reposted Homework posts as compared to previous seasons. I think it was happened due to the inactivity of SC01 for voting Advanced course homework posts.
As a Crypto Professor in the Academy, when I was evaluating homework posts, I found a lot of homework posts that their content quality was good but the presentation quality was very low. Because they had not followed Achievement 4 which improves the newcomer's markdown knowledge. Therefore, I think all the students should follow at least Achievement 4 in the newcomers community. Then, they can improve their marking knowledge to some extent.
If we are able to motivate our Academy students for following #CLUB75 or #CLUB100, it will be a great opportunity to enhance the value of our STEEM and become stronger Steemians. For that, students should clearly see the benefits that come from it. I mean, we can highlight the exact reward distribution amount for each level. As an example, 10% vote from SC01 for #club5050 followers, 12% for #club75 and 15% for #club100. So, we can directly mention it in the guideline post. Then all the students will try to reach that level as much as possible.
All the lessons in the Steemit Crypto Academy can be advertised on other social media through Academy Promoters. Then we can reach a higher level of attraction from Crypto fans outside of the Steemit.
The ten fixed Introductory Courses were beneficial for every newcomer to familiar with Beginner level weekly courses. Similarly, we can try to introduce some new fixed Introductory Courses for Intermediate and Advanced Levels. Then, a Beginner Level student can easily be familiar with Intermediate Level and as well as an Intermediate student can be familiar with the Advanced Level.
Everyone knows that the most important work in the crypto academy is done by the crypto professors. The main task is to closely monitor the students' homework posts and give them relevant marks. So, as a Crypto Professor in the Academy, I really know that it takes a considerable amount of time to evaluate one's homework post. So I will explain with my experience about the current marking scheme for Academy posts.
In almost all the advanced level classes held so far, I have seen that homework posts are evaluated in great detail. Personally, I also took a considerable amount of time to evaluate all my students by pointing out even the smallest shortcomings. However, considering all the courses I think there should be some improvement in the marking scheme further. So, let me explain a few suggestions.
In my point of view, it is not appropriate to deduct even a tenth of a point without explicitly stating one's shortcomings. Because if we reduce someone's score without pointing out the slightest flaw, how can they avoid those shortcomings in the future?
We can try to follow the grade format according to each question. It means, we can add some extra columns for the main questions. Then we can divide all the 10 points by the rules and give the points in the most reasonable way. Below I've included an example through my own grade format.
I think if we were able to follow a grade model like the one above, students would have no doubt about the mark they got. Because they can easily realize their shortcomings and weaknesses in a great manner.
I would especially like to mention the coordination of the Assistant Professors. If the relevant Assistant Professor can assist the other Professors, he can complete his duties on time without much effort.
In fact, I've been investing in cryptocurrencies since before I joined the Crypto Academy. Primarily I have invested a considerable amount of cryptocurrencies in the Binance platform. Other than that, I am also investing in Gate.io, Probit, Poloniex and Huobi exchanges. Let me share some interesting screenshots related to my Binance account.

Above I have clearly mentioned my thoughts, views and ideas about the Steemit Crypto Academy. So, as the final words, I can say for sure that the academy prompted us to start trading in cryptocurrencies by exploring different types of topics including technical analysis, different types of strategies and major Crypto chart analysing indicators.
Totally true!
