Like to write on how it will benefit industry like government.
Today in many African countries corruption is a cancer to the economy, until I read more about blockchain I taught all hopes where lost for African countries especially where I am from Ghana.
Blockchain increased transparency and easy traceability of all government funds allocations, government properties such as vehicles, houses are easily traced using blockchain.
Blockchain is helping country who are accepting it to build a system where the citizen can clearly see what is happening in the governance of the country.
The public procurement sector in most countries records the highest rate of corruption each year because this is where contracts are awarded to individuals, and it involves third parties who gives out the government contracts to whoever pleases them , introduction of blockchain in the public procurement industry introduce smart contracts to enhance transparency and accountability , blockchain can be used for simple land registration , In Ghana every year there so many dispute over land because individuals try to own land wrongfully.
Using blockchain will make the system more decentralized , yearly disbursement of funds by government to field such as education, arts and agriculture can be potentially made transparent , reduce the number of processes funds goes through.
BUILDING TRUST WITH CITIZEN : Blockchain will give the country the clear transparency they expect from their government since the system is decentralized ,allowing it citizens to verify and see all transactions ,example the government of Sweden allow land registry to use blockchain system , which has improve their economy and help mamny citizens to acquire their own easily .
PROTECTING THE COUNTRIES DATA : in all countries that are planning to go digital in Africa the government has a system that store names , social secuirity number , birthdates and addresses of it citizens , this system can be hacked easily , the use of blockchain in such department involve with the countries data is getting serious in other to reduce cyber security .
BLOCKCHAIN REDUCED COST AND IMPROVE EFFICIENCY : Any country has a particular time where a minister comes to read budget , an auditor comes to read a report , investigating government resources , all this can be combine into one and reduce the processes it takes to keep a country moving smoothly.

Seeing your topic, I expected to see more of the blockchain in African politics such as in registration of political new members, appointment of candidates, for politcal rallies and campaign, voting, announcement of result and so on but then, I am seeing in your post more of land settlement, goverment and more of Accra instead of Africa.
If I would be truthful to myself, Africa needs to implement the blockchain into their politics and governance but with this will come a few civil war due to exposed corruption.
