If you are confused then you can use the clear format as below.
BTC/USDT Buy, 41000, Sell, 42000 , +$1000/-$1000

You have to fill the pair in which you've traded, it's type, whether it's a buy or sell type ( long or short), the price when you started trade, the price when trade was ended( or current price in case of continuation of trade) , and the profit or loss you've made. Thank you
