Hello @msquaretk, I reviewed your case very calmly, even my moderator also reviewed it, I recommend that you take more time to write your form and put the correct data in it.
I shouldn't put pressure on anyone and that's why I don't leave screenshots of users' mistakes.
If you wish, I can explain your mistake or leave screenshots where your error is seen.
