Me pareció interesante comenzar con la actividad propuesta por el profesor @besticofinder de #SriLanka, abordando la temática siguiente: Introduction tocry cryptocurrency trading. Por lo que este Post se centra en definir ciertos términos básicos para comprender este mundo.

As a new member of the Steemit platform, I decided to participate in this new Cripto Academy initiatives from the new @steemitblog project, it seems important to me to begin to have this knowledge by being part of this community and thus be able to better understand the operation of the Blockchain. All learning makes us grow individually and collectively, so it's a win-win.
I found it interesting to start with the activity proposed by professor @besticofinder from #SriLanka, addressing the following topic: Introduction to cryptocurrency trading. So this Post focuses on defining certain basic terms to understand this world.
Este término es derivado del inglés alternative y coins, siendo las AltCoins “Monedas Alternativas” a la primera y principal criptomoneda: Bitcoin. ¿Cuál es su origen? Estas se derivan directamente del código abierto que posee esta criptomoneda, por lo que otro nombre que reciben son “Forks” debido a que estas emergen como una ramificación de Bitcoin.
Cada una de estas Altcoins intenta mejorar o agregar aspectos que no posee Bitcoin, por lo que se presta para la innovación y creación de criptomonedas que se adapten a nuevos proyectos con distintos modelos de solución. Sin embargo estas dependen de la continua dinámica de Oferta-Demanda del mercado digital por lo que muchas tienen poca durabilidad al fluctuar su valor constantemente.
Everything but Bitcoin (BTC)
This term is derived from the English alternative and coins, being the AltCoins "Alternative Coins" to the first and main cryptocurrency: Bitcoin. What is their origin? They are derived directly from the open source code of this cryptocurrency, so another name they receive is "Forks" because they emerge as an offshoot of Bitcoin.
Each of these Altcoins tries to improve or add aspects that Bitcoin does not have, so it lends itself to innovation and creation of cryptocurrencies that adapt to new projects with different solution models. However, these depend on the continuous Supply-Demand dynamics of the digital market, so many of them have little durability as their value fluctuates constantly.

¿Qué son las altcoins y qué ofrecen al ecosistema de criptomonedas?
Las Stable Coin o "Monedas estables" traducida al español, son aquellas criptomonedas creadas con la finalidad de que su valor se mantenga relativamente estable en el mercado digital, en comparación con las Altcoins quienes dependen minuto a minuto de las fluctuaciones comerciales. ¿Cómo lo logran? En mis lecturas pude entender que estas criptomonedas se asocian o se encuentran ligadas a monedas FIAT, es decir monedas físicas que todos conocemos como Dólar, Euro, entre otras. De esta manera las stablecoin representan dentro de una blockchain una moneda Fiat, buscando con este respaldo mantener y garantizar un precio estable. Teniendo como punto contraproducente el depender de un ente centralizado como los son las monedas Fiat, característica contraria a las Altcoins siendo estas descentralizadas. Siguiendo el ejemplo del árbol, estas criptomonedas tendrían como agua y sol las Fiat al depender de ellas.
Stable Coins are those cryptocurrencies created with the purpose of keeping their value relatively stable in the digital market, compared to Altcoins which depend minute by minute on commercial fluctuations. How do they achieve this? In my readings I could understand that these cryptocurrencies are associated or are linked to FIAT currencies, i.e. physical currencies that we all know as Dollar, Euro, among others. In this way the stablecoin represent within a blockchain a Fiat currency, seeking with this backing to maintain and guarantee a stable price. Having as a counterproductive point the dependence on a centralized entity such as Fiat currencies, contrary to the Altcoins, which are decentralized. Following the example of the tree, these cryptocurrencies would depend on Fiat currencies for water and sunshine.

¿Qué es una Stablecoin?
Stablecoins: las criptomonedas que sí terminarás utilizando
Es una estrategia de comercio o inversión que data desde los años 80 y que no muchos conoce. Desde una explicación simple y sencilla, si notamos su traducción al español se denomina Pares comerciales, por lo que esta estrategia se basa en tomar en cuenta dos o incluso más de dos activos que se encuentren correlacionados, esto quiere decir que actúen de forma similar, pero que no sean iguales. Y su vez monitorear su desarrollo en un tiempo estimado, pudiendo ser a largo o corto plazo. La idea principal no es esperar que se comporten de manera similar, todo lo contrario, por lo que si uno de estos activos varia en un mercado alcista, bajista o lateral el otro activo también se modificara y es en este punto donde se procede a realizar acciones de compra-venta a nivel comercial. Por lo tanto, es una estrategia que debe ser monitoreada frecuentemente en relación al estado actual del mercado.
It is a trading or investment strategy that dates back to the 80's and that not many know. From a simple and easy explanation, if we note its translation into Spanish is called trading pairs, so this strategy is based on taking into account two or even more than two assets that are correlated, this means that they act similarly, but are not the same. And in turn monitor their development in an estimated time, which can be long or short term. The main idea is not to expect them to behave in a similar way, on the contrary, so if one of these assets varies in a bullish, bearish or sideways market, the other asset will also be modified and it is at this point where we proceed to make buying and selling actions at a commercial level. Therefore, it is a strategy that should be monitored frequently in relation to the current state of the market.

¿Resistir o desistir? Esta frase me vino a la mente al documentarme sobre este término, y es que un BagHolder o “Portador de bola” según su traducción al español, no es más que un inversor que retiene de manera prolongada y obstinada un activo que se encuentra disminuyendo en valor y tenga pocas probabilidades de volver a tener un valor mayor o semejante.
Me gusta asociar nuevos conocimientos con ejemplos o datos curiosos y en este caso el termino se origina desde la Gran Depresión donde las personas mantenían protegidas con sus vidas bolsas de alimentos, por lo que un Bagholder posee características psicológicas interesantes en las que se aferran ciegamente a algo que no tiene futuro e ignorando otras posibilidades de generar ganancias
Resist or desist? This phrase came to my mind when I documented myself on this term, and is that a BagHolder or "Ball Holder" is nothing more than an investor who retains in a prolonged and stubborn manner an asset that is declining in value and has little chance of returning to a higher or similar value.
I like to associate new knowledge with examples or curious data and in this case the term originates from the Great Depression where people kept protected with their lives bags of food, so a Bagholder has interesting psychological characteristics in which they blindly cling to something that has no future and ignoring other possibilities of generating profits.

Glosario de Bitcoin y blockchains
Al igual que el anterior termino, Hodl o hacer Hodl en el mundo de las criprtomonedas se basa en decisiones. En este caso la decisión de obtener una cierta cantidad de criptomonedas y mantenerlas por un largo plazo de tiempo, con la esperanza de que esta primera inversión aumente su valor en el transcurso de un determinado tiempo, dando paso a la acción llamada Holding.
Like the previous term, Hodl or make Hodl in the world of cryptocurrencies is based on decisions. In this case the decision to obtain a certain amount of cryptocurrencies and hold them for a long period of time, in the hope that this first investment will increase in value over a certain period of time, giving way to the action called Holding.

Qué es hacer Hodl en el mundo de las inversiones y criptomonedas
¿Animales en el mundo de las criptomonedas? No, solo son términos acuñados al tipo de actitudes o acciones que se realizan en este mundo. Por lo que la primera de ellas Bear/ Bearish se refiere a aquel inversionista que confía más en el mercado bajista, por lo que decide apostar por estos activos que disminuyen esperando un incremento con el tiempo. ¿Por qué un oso? Simplemente por su estilo de ataque descendente con las zarpas. Por otro parte, Bull/ Bullish refleja el perfil de aquel inversionista que apuesta dentro del mercado alcista y tiene como objetivo comprar en este esperando obtener las mejores ganancias. ¿Por qué un Toro? Contrario al oso su estilo de ataque es ascendente o de arriba hacia abajo. Debo acotar que estos son uno de los términos más interesantes de aprender y muy fácil de recordar.
Animals in the cryptocurrency world? No, they are just terms coined to the type of attitudes or actions that are performed in this world. So the first one Bear/ Bearish refers to that investor who trusts more in the bear market, so he decides to bet on these declining assets expecting an increase over time.Why a bear? Simply because of its downward attack style with its paws. On the other hand, Bull/ Bullish reflects the profile of an investor who bets on the bull market and aims to buy into it expecting to make the best profits. Why a Bull? Contrary to the bear, its attack style is upward or from top to bottom. I must point out that these are some of the most interesting terms to learn and very easy to remember.

¿Qué es Bullish y Bearish en el Trading?
Es la abreviatura utilizada para la palabra Satoshi, que no es más que una mínima parte de la criptomoneda Bitcoin y que de esta forma se registra en las Blockchains de la misma. Este equivale 1 decimal, por lo que numéricamente se representa con siete 0 y un 1 (0.00000001) identificado con las siglas de Bitcoin como lo es BTC.
It is the abbreviation used for the word Satoshi, which is nothing more than a minimum part of the Bitcoin cryptocurrency and is thus registered in the Bitcoin Blockchains. This is equivalent to 1 decimal place, so numerically it is represented by seven 0's and one 1 (0.00000001) identified with the Bitcoin acronym BTC.

Conclusión
Como nuevos usuarios e incluso los mas veteranos, es vital conocer estos términos, debido a que al estar inmersos en este mundo es nuestra responsabilidad estar informados para tomar decisiones conscientes y evitar así un resultado perjudicial.
