I want to use this medium to appreciate professor @sapwood for the remarkable work he did in making his students comfortable and to understand his work.

What is TronLink?

TronLink is an official app recommended for users to Carry out tron activity. Before the tron activities are carried out, the user must first link his/her existing tron wallet to the TronLink.

TronLink gives a tron user the privilege to explore the different options in the TronLink app like sending and receiving tron from second or third party account, swapping tron to get another currency, freezing tron to enable voting and getting rewards and many more.

what is Tronscan?

Tronscan is the initial virtual representation of tron Blockchain which enables tron users to check activities like to look up prices, to perform transactions, confirm the transaction and validate the transaction on the tron Blockchain.

TRONSCAN not only has the basic features as a blockchain explorer, like looking up transactions, accounts, blocks, nodes, smart contracts and on-chain data, it also supports token-creation, contract deployment, voting, etc.

• TronLink opens opportunities for potential buyers and sellers to sell or buy any currency of their choosing.

Tronscan

• Tronscan shows transaction history and successful transactions.

• Tronscan shows the latest price of tron, market cap price and the market trading which give a trader a hint of when to trade and expect a profit and when not to.

• Tronscan shows the history of the transaction that takes place in the the tron blockchain.

How do you verify a transaction status(including timestamp, resource consumption(bandwidth & energy), nos of confirmations) using Tronscan-- Examples, Screenshot?

In order to verify transaction status, the first thing is

  Which will show blocks, tron market cap and tron price as well as tron transactions.

Since we are looking to verify transaction status the next thing is to scroll down to the transaction options and click on any transaction

The screenshot above shows that the transaction was confirmed and successfully completed. It shows the timestamp of the transaction, the block and the super representative of the transaction.

Above shows the amount of tron paid for the transaction, the bandwidth, the parties involved in the transaction.

What are the different dApps can you explore using the TronLink wallet?

To make a transaction with the TronLink wallet, I firstly connected my tron account to the TronLink wallet to enable me carry out the transaction.

Conclusion

As a beginner to cryptocurrency and its environs, this topic has opened my eyes to see tron in a different light I've not looked at it before and I know with more topics like this, I'll grow in knowledge of Cryptocurrencies.

TRON blockchain is just like bitcoin just that it's value in the market is still raising.
