INTRODUCTION

Hi guys ,welcome to my homework post for professor @yohan2on on investment portfolio. I found the lecture on portfolio investment very interesting as I learnt that research is very important when investing in a cryptocurrency.

Without further ado, I'll present my assignment post.

NEW PORTFOLIO WITH AT LEAST $50 INVESTMENT

For my portfolio investment of about 6 coins, I chose RSR, HOT,CELR,WIN,BTT and TRON.

Reason for choosing RSR

RSR is the reserve rights token, it had been on my watchlist for a few weeks now and it is number 87 on coinmarketcap.
It has been a steady alt coin ,mostly following the trend of bitcoin.After checking the bitcoin graph and the RSR graph ,I noticed it would rise and since I had been tracking it's movements,I was sure it wasn't going to dip and if it actually dipped ,it won't dip significantly.
It is currently trading at about $0.0856 with market cap of $1,119,338,415.

Reason for choosing HOT

HOT is the holo token.

About a month ago HOT mooned to about 13 naira for one.I had been tracking it ever since.When the alt coin market dipped and I saw it at 5.81 naira per coin,I knew it was going to rise.
It is currently trading at $0.01557 and has a market cap of $2,626,637,345.

Reason for choosing CELR

Celr is the Celer network token.

Celr is yet another coin in my watchlist,after reading the lecture and saw that celr was at a dip in the market and it being a coin I had been tracking,I decided to buy into it. It is number 152 on coin market cap and it's trading at $0.0635 and has a market cap of $349,654,156.

Reason for choosing WIN

About a week before the dip in bitcoin,the WINK token WIN mooned significantly.I had about 20000 win then.I initially sold when it mooned and it gave me a lot of profit.Even though I had seen profit from the trade ,I still tracked the coin, so after the dip I checked the graph and noticed it would still rise more than it's current rate so I bought in.

Reason for choosing BTT

BTT is BitTorrent token.It has been on my watchlist the longest and actually the first coin I bought.I bought it mostly based on sentiment.It was at a significantly low price like other coins so I bought into it.

Reason for choosing TRON

Last but not the least on my list is TRON is a well known coin and like most coins on my list,it was at a significantly low price than expected so I bought into it.

MY CRYPTO WALLET OF CHOICE

Since I started crypto trading,I have been using Binance.For me it is my preferred crypto wallet so when I bought my crypto currencies I decided to hold it in my binance crypto wallet.

You can download the binance app on google play or apple store for Android and iOS.

WAIT FOR A DAY OR 2 DAYS THEN SHOW CASE THE FINAL RESULT OF YOUR PORTFOLIO

For my task this week, I invested about $63.69 dollars on TRX,HOT,BTT,WIN,CELR and RSR.

I bought these 6 coins at about 9.30 am Nigerian time on the 26th of April (2 days ago).

As you can see in the picture above ,I invested about $15.45 in RSR ,$12.94 in HOT ,$12.54 in CELR ,$11.97 in WIN,$10.27 in BTT and about $0.52 in TRX.

As you can see it's been over 2 days since I invested in my portfolio and the worth of the coins now total about $71.8.

I invested $15.45 in RSR and it is currently at $16.28.Thats about 5.37% increase.

I invested $12.94 in HOT and it is currently $15.22.Thats about 17.6% increase.

I invested $11.97 in WIN and it is currently at $13.14 . That's about 9.77% increase.

I invested $10.27 in BTT and it is currently at $10.50.Thats just about 2.24% increase.

I invested $12.54 in CELR and it is currently at $16.10.Thats about 28.39% increase.

I invested $0.52 in TRX and it is currently $0.56.Thats about 7.7% increase.

Just äfter 2 days I have made about $8.11 profit from my portfolio from my $63.7 investment and didn't make any losses from any coin.

From my portfolio investment in the past 2 days ,I have made a 12.73% increment with CELR giving me the highest percentage increment of 28.39% and BTT the lowest at 2.24%.

CONCLUSION:

Before investing in a portfolio ,it is best you do a lot of research and make choices based on mostly statistical data over sentiment as you can see the CELR I bought based on research did much better than BTT I bought based on sentiment.
