Metaverse will helps in enhancing and improving the gaming sector.
Among the diverse use cases as mentioned by you very well, i am excited to explore the metaverse gaming . Recently , even without Metaverse , some games have really flooded with the entertainment sector with adventure , excitement and addiction . Metaverse will be doing wionders.
Not so many people will be able to buy or get these infrastructures and I see this as a disadvantage.
You are right . But i belive with the passage of time , cost won't be the problem because it would set a cut throat Competition in the market and manufacturing units will have to make it affordable to survive . Isn't it ?
Mental health issues and addiction.
Addiction in gaming sector would be inherent . Kids are likely to ignore their health . I remember few years ago , i myself used to play a game (IGI2) for hours together without caring for time or health .

Yes you are right, as times goes on, these infrastructure are probably going to cost less and many people will be able to afford them.
Also, just like you have said, getting addicted to a game seems natural, one easily get addicted to it. Let us now imagine how addictive it will be wit all these features of the metaverse.
