Steemit Engagement Challenge Season 3- Steemit Crypto Academy Summary for the Season
We are glad to have ended season 3 of the Steemit Engagement Challenge quite well. We appreciate everyone that has been part of the journey with us from the beginning right to where it stopped for the season.
We have made our topics in the season accommodating for all users regardless of your level in the ecosystem, you must have something to write on those topics and maybe a bit of research would make it complete. Now that the season has ended, we would be writing a summary of how things went in the season.
Statistics of Participation
During our participation in the engagement challenge season 3, we have received entries from different 109 users who have created a total of 199 entries. It is worth noting that not all those entries are valid, some were marked invalid due to a lot of reasons while some are plagiarized content.
At the end of the season, we realized only 169 entries were accepted valid, 27 were invalid, and 3 cases of plagiarism. Let's take a look at the table below for the weekly participation.
The table above has been utilized to show the weekly participation and the category of the entries received. The statistics would be presented on the charts below for more clarity.

The tables above have been utilized to show each user's participation week in and week out including their performances in each of the contests.
Season 3 Winners
It's time to select our top 3 winners for season 3, we have a lot of users that have performed well in terms of grades and engagement throughout the season. One of the basic things to look into before considering a user for winning is the frequency of their entries in our contests.
Out of the 109 users that participated in all our contests, only 11 users have been able to participate in all 4 contests hosted for this season and this is where the selection begins from. Other factors considered are the performance of users in terms of the overall score throughout the season and how well they have engaged with other users.
Now to the list of winners having considered the aforementioned factors.
