A new week is starting tomorrow and with it a new challenge, so we need your enthusiasm and motivation to enter our contest for this week 3 of Season 10 and don't forget to write in for the other contests also run by very creative Communities, we also send a very special thanking to the awesome members of the Steemit Crypto Academy community who have remained loyal for our competitions and provide high quality content every time we launch a new challenge.
We hope to have a strong participation rate in this contest with new users who meet all the requirements. It will take place starting tomorrow, Monday, June 19th, at 00:00 UTC. Work is sacred wherever it is, so we invite you to work and contribute to enriching your publishing platform, as well as interacting with your colleagues by leaving relevant comments and votes. .

What Is Reward System?

This week, we will be focusing on an interesting topic related to Reward System in Steemit Blockchain.
The reward system currently used in the Steem blockchain is one that follows the Convergent Liner reward curve, which necessarily allows curators to reach agreement on high-quality content and helps discover brilliant posts.

With this agreement on a content, the reward curve tends to reach linearity, because in convergent linear reward, for lower values of the input (SP), the output is much smaller, however with values of input ( SP) higher, the output is much higher and starts to become linear.

What is Expected in the Contest?

• Does the attribution of rewards on steemit follow the same convergent linear reward curve since its creation or has it undergone some modifications? If yes, talk about the causes of this change?

• Show the added value that brought it this convergent linear reward curve, and how this system is applied on Steemit Blockchain.

• What is the difference between isolated curation and community curation? What type of curation do you prefer for quality content in Steem Blockchain?

• Does the community curation have only a financial contribution or other benefits, if so which ones?

Contest Guidelines

• Post your articles in the Steemit Crypto Academy community. The participation time is between Monday, June 19th, 2023, 00:00 UTC to Sunday, June 25th, 2023, 23:59 UTC.

• The article should be at minimum 500 words. You can write more. Your article must be free of any form of plagiarism.

• Your article title should be Steemit Crypto Academy Contest / S10W3 - Reward System on Steemit Blockchain . Add the tag #cryptoacademy-s10w3 and other relevant tags.

• Participants must be appropriately following #club5050 or #club75 or #club100.

• Participants must be verified and active users on the platform.

• The community moderators would be leaving quality assessments on your articles and probable upvotes.

• In addition, your article must get at least 10 upvotes and 5 valid comments to count as valid in the contest, so ensure you interact with other users' entries. Do not be involved in vote-buying.

Rewards

• SC01 would be checking on the entire 7 participating communities and upvoting outstanding content. Upvote is not guaranteed for all articles. Kindly take note.

• At the end of the week, we would nominate top 3 users that had performed well in the contest and they would be eligible for votes from SC01/SC02.

Important Notice: The nomination of the top 3 users in our community is not based on good grades alone, it includes their general engagements (quality and quantity of their interactions with other users' articles) to measure the overall performance. Also note that generally, you can only make one post per day in the Steemit Engagement Challenge.
