What is security token

Before I start I would like to explain what token is.
Token can be any representation of as something factual eventful significance or felt.
Simply put, whenever a gift or anything is given in correspondence to an effort is a token not necessarily money but anything representing money.
In crypto world, a token is when anything like voting rights value or anything is representing anything in the ecosystem of the blockchain of a cryptocurrency.
There are three types of tokens.
These are security tokens, utility tokens and equity tokens.

Security token

A security is one's ability to own a position in a trading business or a trading body. One's relationship as a creditor to a public body or organisation.
It can also be the octane city to own something representing something.
With this logic, a security token is a way of one owning an asset or values that represent a coin or currency in the digitalized cryptoworld.
It is a token of one's funds and access in a digitalized way which requires absolute and complete ownership.
when a company has an asset or value that they are given to the investors during a public sale example is ICO_ Initial coin offer
Security token is an offence to authorise one's identity digitally or electronically in storing personal information that may represent a password or be added to a given password to prove that this is a owner's identity.
it may be an auxiliary device used to gain access or entry to an electronically or the utilise platform which have some measures of restrictions.

Examples of security tokens.

A good example of security tokens are Initial coin offering.
These are assets or value that they are giving to their investors during a public sale or trade.
Examples are Indx, a capital by diversified masternod strategy.
Block state security token is an offering that enabled access to privately owned assets through tokenization.

Utility token.

To understand it very well, let's observe the meaning of the word utility.
This is the stage of something or asset being useful and profitable.
Now utility tokens are those tokens or electronical assets that can have some profitable values in a digital form. They are designed for a particular purpose within the revolution of an application or platform when they are developed.
This type of token helps in funding or supporting projects for an initial step like companies or the developers of these projects.
These token bring the owners the authenticity to utilise the network or platform with the advantage obtained from voting or curating in the network.
Examples is subordinators in steemit platform has the authority to utilise the right for correction and being curated for in the platform.
The ability to this profitable assets is called utility token.
In cryptoworld, an electronical token of a currency that is given in order to capitalarized a development or project of that currency and that can be later used to purchase a good or service offered by the giver of the currency sold.
It's a method of fund raising for the start up of the platform development.

Examples of utility token

Examples are Ico's like Blockchain token, funfair and basic attention token.
This is given inorder to fund the development of the platform.
Block chain token can be used to purchase a service by the issuer of the crypto currency in the blockchain.

Equity tokens

This is a type of security that function as a native share in an already existing company which is used. It is the third party asset and contracts and the bearings on the platform's success for his value.
These tokens record corporate ownership on a blockchain.
The word equity, simply put is being fair and impartial.
So in equity token, it's holders possess some measure of authencity in their investment in the underlying platform.
The token measures the percentage of their ownership right in the platform.
Equity tokens is more likely a native stock asset and is standing for a third party asset, property and a course for action.
They come in many forms like stocks futures options contracts tokenized contracts or companies, tokenized inventions.
In blockchain, it's the organization of encrypted or coded data which function as an equity certificate. It represents equity in an existing assets.

Examples of equity token

Tokens like slice document, neufund, elephant private equity coin, Bft token and Dao.source
These tokens are given to some holders which are third party to the underlying platform.
These holders hold some measure of authority in the platform.
