Yes this problem can also be solve if users checked the reciever address 2 or 3 time before sending the cryptocurrency. But I think blockchain developers should also develop a refund policy in this way we are more secure.

Yeah you are right bro and I also gave it as one of my recommendations in crypto currency. If this issue is handle, people won't lose their funds again if should incase they send funds to wrong address
