Yes.
Exchange niche means a user becomes an Exchanger, precisely a Market maker.
Think like, Localcryptos an umbrella of an Exchange facility where the individual becomes an Exchanger by adding liquidity(Market Maker) and that's how the economy thrives.
Now to set up an exchange niche, the very basic thing is to set up your account, backing up your keys, etc.
