Among others, speed of transaction is a deal breaker for me. I don't like to waste too much time when doing so. I can remember when I wanted to send some coins through Binance to my friend, it didn't take me time to do so and he got it under 5 minutes.
Yes it depends on the time the percent set. Also one thing about binance is that, it shows us the percentage of crypto users during transaction. Thanks @beckie96830 for your comment to my blog.
