The following caught my attention:

major decisions of the organization are taken by the top management.

The fact that the powers are distributed means that everyone is involved in every decision.

the decentralized system ensures the existence of effective supervision and control.

There is really no supervision because everyone is equal.

Feedback and Suggestions

• You have explained decentralization in terms of sectorial divisions. In a true decentralized setting, there are no sectors and therefore no heads.

• You should do better on your arrangement, try to pin point your points before explaining them.

• You should have mentioned more areas of application than the ones mentioned in the lecture.
