The meaning of Decentralisation is simply that the decentralization is the process jn which the functions and group of activities are divided into the relatively autonomous units with a complete responsibility and authortiy for their operation in order to delegate to time.

In this sttructure of organization, the duty off daily operations & minor decision-making capabilities are transferred to a middle and a lower level which allow top-level management to focus more on major decisions like business expansion, and diversification .
Simply decentralization is a matter of dividing up the specific duties and manegerial work to the various executive skills .

We al must be clearly understand the concept of decentralization, the orderly assignment of the authorities throughout of the levels of management in any of the organisation. It describe the path in lower people will power to take decisions is allocated among various levels in the organisational system In other words, it refers to dissemination of powers, functions and responsibility and capability away from the central location.

advantage of a decentralized system

1 less burden on top executives -

Centralization put a heavy pressure of burden on top executive which is alone responsible for decision making and planning and other important facilities . Because of decentralization the burden of pressure is divided into middle and lower level leave the top executive to concentrate on overall planning and control.

2 Executive development -

Decentralization provides power and much responsiblities to a other number of executives. And the growth of company is much depend on talent executives .

3 - Better control and super vision

The Decentralisation is ensuring the better supervision and controln as the subordinates to the lower levels will have the authority can take independent decisions. As a result they have thorough knowledge of every assignment under their control and are in a position to make amendments and do a correct action toward organization .

With teh decentralization system coordinating work will keeping all activities on track is much efficient. Since the decision-making authority of organization is closer to employees, quicker and smartly decisions can be made. The taken decisions are often much wiser and more accurate also.

Decentralization may be result in the improvement in the social net product which is totally separate from the benefit to the company or organization These specific benefits could come in the form of more opportunities for constructive individual participation and freedom of actions and decision making and less social hierarchical structure.

Disadvantage of Decentralization

Uniform policies not followed -

Under the condition of decentralization it can not be possible to follow various policies and different standard procedures . All manager will work according to his mental thinking and his talent .

problem of coordination

Decentralisation of authority faces problems of co-ordination as authority lies in the dispersed widely throughout the organisation. Bad coordination in the work will creates more conflict in the organization.

Decentralization is as efficient as the manager in charge of the department . If a manager lacks the talent or skills or competence for taking the right decision toward the company the whole organization might have to incur heavy losses. At high cost .

conflict :

Decentralisation puts the more pressure on each divisional heads to realise profits at any level of cost. Often in the meeting their new profit plans are introduced bring conflicts among managers. These conflicts will surely effect the hole company .

More Financial burden :

Decentralisation will requires the employment of trained personnel to accept all the authority, it involves more financial burden and a small endeavour cannot afford to nominates experts in various fields

A decentalized system blockchain will help in many areas of beautiful life in general there are following areas are given below :

Generally a decentralized sector will improve the quality of health sector .
Example there was a moment in which the patient has a serius treatment . He / she has to consult a doctor from different cities and countries for his treatment . Decentralized can store full information about patient diseases. all doctors around the world can check the information about patient's data. Like that the complete data and record of medicine can also be stored under this decentralized system .

Politics and elections

In every country the politics is perform in the form of democracy .In each country most if the people participate in the election .But the result of the election are not recognized . Many frauds and electoral rigging are vanished by this system Blockchain technology provides a platform for creating a highly secure, decentralize y et auditable chain of record, used presently in the cryptocurrency systems.
