Dear Dreamers, Dear Steemians and Dear Steemit Team!

To my own surprise, I find myself writing an application for the Community Curators ;-))

As "Steem‘s Angels" we want to do our best in the month of July to search for good texts and talented authors under the new and very desirable conditions. In and outside of Communities, open-topic and without reservations. The absolute prerequisite for us is that the content stems from the author's own creativity and is authentic.

So who are WE?

@ruthjoe - geographer and environmental manager from Nigeria, active on Steem since February 2021...

@solperez - Linguist and educational researcher from Venezuela, active on Steem since January 2018…

Myself, @weisser-rabe - environmental technologist from Germany, active on Steem since May 2021...

Why us? My idea was to set up a fresh team with respectable and recognised Steemians who have little or no experience as Community Curators. Thanks to the new conditions, which are similar to those of our successful "Team Freestyle" in October 2022, the door is open for frequent changes of personnel. So I see a real possibility that not only the same authors will always be seen by the same curators. This should be good for Steem as a whole! The fact that we're currently only just scraping the minimum SP together shouldn't stop me, as often before: I think that even speaks in our favour ;-))

I have no intention of claiming any special status as a team leader; all our voices are of equal value and equal rights. We work together eye-to-eye and strive for all quality content, especially with the tags #live, #business and #steemexclusive. The latter, because we are really interested in contributions that cannot be found on all kinds of other platforms (as always, exceptions prove the rule). The other two rather stand for a wide range of topics and are therefore to be understood more universally ;-))

Our common strength certainly lies in distinguishing the good texts from the others ;-)) We will use them, work with all mental (female ;-)) weapons and always endeavour to be fair and comprehensible.

Zu meiner eigenen Überraschung finde ich mich dabei wieder, eine Bewerbung für die Community Curatoren zu schreiben ;-))

Als „Drei Engel für Steem“ wollen wir im Monat Juli unser Bestes tun, unter den neuen und sehr wünschenswerten Bedingungen auf die Suche nach guten Texten und talentierten Autoren zu gehen. In und außerhalb von Communities, themenoffen und ohne Vorbehalte. Daß die Inhalte der eigenen Kreativität entspringen und authentisch sind, ist dabei absolute Voraussetzung für uns.

Wer sind also WIR?

Ich selbst, @weisser-rabe – Umwelttechnologin aus Deutschland, auf dem Steem aktiv seit Mai 2021…

Warum wir? Meine Idee war, ein frisches Team zu gründen mit respektablen und anerkannten Steemians, die keine oder wenig Erfahrung als Community Curatoren haben. Dank der neuen Bedingungen, die in etwa denen unseres damit erfolgreichen „Team Freestyle“ im Oktober 2022 entsprechen, ist das Tor offen für häufig abwechselnde Personalien. So sehe ich eine reelle Möglichkeit, daß nicht immer nur die gleichen Autoren von den gleichen Kuratoren gesehen werden. Dem Steem als Ganzem sollte das förderlich sein! Daß wir zusammen derzeit nur knapp an den Mindest-SP kratzen, soll mich, wie schon so oft, nicht abhalten: ich glaube, das spricht für sogar für uns ;-))

Ich beabsichtige nicht, als Teamleiterin einen besonderen Status zu beanspruchen; alle unsere Stimmen sind gleichwertig und gleichberechtigt. Wir arbeiten auf Augenhöhe miteinander und bemühen uns um alle qualitativ ansprechenden Inhalte, vor allem mit den tags #live, #business und #steemexclusive. Letzteres, weil uns wirklich an Beiträgen gelegen ist, die nicht auf allen möglichen anderen Plattformen zu finden sind (Ausnahmen bestätigen wie immer die Regel). Die anderen beiden stehen vielmehr für eine große Bandbreite an Themen und sind daher eher universell zu verstehen ;-))

Unsere gemeinsame Stärke liegt sicher darin, die guten Texte von den anderen zu unterscheiden ;-)) Wir werden sie einsetzen, mit allen mentalen (weiblichen ;-)) Waffen arbeiten und stets um Fairneß und Nachvollziehbarkeit bemüht sein.
