Change of plans

Once upon a time, there live a young promising young boy who always got a big dreams about attending the high school, the likes of University, polytechnic and others higher institutions. He was blessed with a guardians parents who cherish him.

Every morning, he wokes up early prioritizing his little home chores and physically ready for school. He was a different kid comparing to the neighborhood kids, he cried not to school instead walk diligently, bold and courageous to school, he was focused, hardworking and a determined kid who strive hard to achieve his desire goals.

How time flies, the young chike by name became 10 with a graduation to the senior secondary school level one. This was the most crucial moments in his life, he needed a special Care and attention from both parents as it would help concentrate in his education journey, his mom was always available to help; i love you mom chike said.

Chike was a pot of knowledge, very intelligent and brave and he was progressive in his career, during his senior secondary school session; something happened between chike parents which resulted in divorce, the young boy followed his mom as she was his closest and protected parent, it was now 14yrs old chike and his mom against the world.

Life was controllable to chike mom as she was a hard working woman and passionate in her business field. 1 and half year later, chike mom became a medical patient who suffered from heart cancer, day after day her condition was getting worse, she spent all her life time tokens for treatment but all to no afair.

Chike was broken, frustrated, depressed, he was emotional damage; he cried everyday, prayed hoping her mom will go back to her peak; unfortunately his mom was closed to death. He cried and lamented for weeks without accepting any condolences, luckily; he's mom health began to improve and she was healed but she couldn't find her job anymore.

Life was tough and complicated, she went from house to house to offer help to people just to bring food in the table, this was how they survived. The boy was concerned about his mom suffering, "Mommy, you won't suffer alone" the boy said.

It was now him and his mom against the world, he's dad disown him and forbidden his ex wife, you're not my son his father said. Despite the obstacles, the boy managed to wrote his senior secondary school examination, got the first class results with a gift from the school principal.

The young boy whose dream was to further his education in the higher institutions was about to make the most intense decision of his life, the higher institutions wasn't a joke environment, bills were in bundles and a young boy couldn't afford to pay them without the help of parent.

He was to decide between furthering education or looking for a passive income that would generate income in a daily basic. He was actually heartbroken as he choose a business over education, he made the right decision that resulted in a change of plan.

Now, the boy despite not living his dream life, he's living a happy and a contented life, he's business which is POS business (point of sale, include money transaction) is running smoothly.

Life isn't about waiting for the storm to pass, it's about learning to dance in the rain. Vivian Greene.
