What is teamwork?
Teamwork is an advantage in doing together for a good cause for an interest in a company or group of individuals. Working with a team that is loyal, solid, and full of aspirations is a very important solidarity that can make a team able to produce good dreams or hopes. And of course a strong team, it must socialize well with each other to achieve good goals as well.
Teamwork is a word that is very influential in any core work, or planning a job that will take place successfully with good cooperation between teams owned by a company or group. Teamwork is very important!
In a community, for example: the values of teamwork in a team, it is actually very necessary to get to the peak of success. Well, one of the values that exist in the corridor of teamwork is cohesiveness in carrying out good performance according to the expectations and structure of a community. Teamwork is needed by every group or individual in a team.
What can be produced by a togetherness (teamwork) from a group / community?
The work or implementation will always be effective, and all involvement in the team will have a better impact on carrying out the tasks or targets of the team itself.
Teamwork can enable a group of teams to compete well for a good cause within a group. Togetherness and exemplary values in a togetherness is a good image in finding and creating positive values in solid teamwork.
Teamwork also has a high social element, when the involvement of the entire crew or team in one group will be able to build strong socialization and wisdom in placing a bright idea in teamwork, it will have an effect on a strong team structure and not give up easily.
