BE POSITIVE, BE HAPPY, WIN THE LIFE

Happiness is deserved by all of us. Happiness eventually comes to us, but we are the ones who choose whether we are being happy or not. If we want to be happy we can be happy. If we neglect what gives us happiness we won’t be happy. Thus the happiness in our souls can only be gained by ourselves. Our thoughts, our instincts, our aims, our targets, our commitment make ourselves happy or sad.
What comes to your mind when you read the word positive thinking? For me I think this is the key to be happy. Many of us struggle with our lives because of our thoughts. Positive thinking should be a habit of a person who wants to win the life. There are people who are really the positive thinkers. The optimists. People who thinks positively in every situation they face. There are people who think only the bad side of every situation despite the good happened there. They are the negative thinkers. The pessimists. But most of the people dwell between these two sides.

Just take a moment. Think of yourself. Roam around your thoughts for a while. Are you an optimist, a pessimist or a person who dwell between those two. If you are an optimist you see the good in every situation. You take every chance in your life as a possibility of winning. You are confident in what you do. You are stress free, hopeful and happy. Even bad things happen, you take them as a lesson to your life. You overcome all your grieves, heartaches within a short period of time.

But a pessimist is the opposite of an optimist. You feel bad about yourself. You only see the negative side of the things you have done. Even you have got many good compliments you only hang out with the bad one. Even though you are surrounded with hundreds of beautiful souls you only need with a missing soul. You have the ability to do many things. But before starting you push yourself backwards by telling your mind that you can’t do it. Every grief, heartache overwhelms you without letting you go off it because your thoughts don’t want to let them go. You only thinks of the unfavorable outcomes of a situation. This is really bad. This negative thinking can run a persons’ life into a hell. Your thoughts ruin yourselves. So we must overcome this.

Positivity cannot be gained over one night. We all have to try harder, but stepwise to think positive. Every person in this world is struggling with their own lives with lots of stress on their minds with mixture of thoughts of being passed or failed. Just take out 30 minutes of your busy life out. Let your emotions talk to you. Let your emotions throughout the day flow through your mind without being stuck in to a corner. Talk to yourself. Self-talking can release much stress in your mind. If you start thinking of the negative sides, negative thoughts, bad memories are flushing your memory try harder to pull even one good happy thought entangled between those bad feelings.

As there is a saying that “every dark cloud has a silver line on it” even within your darkest thoughts there are some that can enlighten your life. It may be not easy. It is going to be hard but not impossible. But try harder and harder. At first you will feel like this is not the right thing to do. You will start questioning yourselves. But you have selected the right path. Practice it daily. While practicing it let yourself do something that free your mind from the stress. Something away from your daily busy life. Go on a walk, feel the earth , listen to the nature, do something like cycling, go to the gym, meditate , draw a picture, play an musical instrument, dance , sing or do anything that you feel ease in your mind. At first you may feel you can’t do any of these things. But no. Try one. You will eventually have a daily dose of those as a hobby. You will love it. After trying harder ,when you start thinking positive you will not stop it. Start is the hardest point. Thereafter you will push yourself towards the optimism.

Don’t even let a heartache last long with you destroying your life. You may have lost a loved one of yours. You may be a love failure with a breakup. You may have experienced a divorce. You may feel like your whole life has been ended. But it’s not. Learn from everything. Learn how to be strong, have another chance. If you want to overcome it and live the life, you can do it. Memories will last forever. But grief will fade away with the time. So let it fade away with the time. Let happiness come to your life.

We face fear, anxiety, sorrow and grief in our lives. I have had many nights which I cried hugging my pillow thinking how miserable I am. I used to think I am not capable of anything. If I continue to do so I will never achieve my goals. My dreams will always be only the dreams. So I try to make positive thinking my happy pill. I think it is same for you guys too. If you think no. It will always be impossible. If you think you can surely you will go for it one day. Have goals. Have targets. Jump off the obstacles in your life. Climb the ladder of success to the top. Take every chance you get as a possibility to learn and step forward. If you step a foot back keep two steps front. If you have a negative thought try to have two positive thoughts. Thinking positive will take you to the top one day and you will definitely win your life.
