Compounding is magic.

I love these equations.

If you make 1% additional effort every single day, then there will come a day when that one percent extra effort will be so much effort in absolute terms (because of the compounding effect in each incremental effort), that it would not be practically feasible.

This is why this equation, while quite popular on internet, can actually be misleading. People can't compound their efforts in exponential way for 365 days straight.

This has been a beacon in my life for a very long time, especially when long-term goals can look daunting.

Just focusing on short-term steps and consistency can make me feel happier and more productive.
