Music has my emotional reset button, it is able to pull me out of despair, lift my spirit up or bring it down.
Music exerts a powerful influence on my memory, and a familier music reminds me of places and events. it can lighten my mood and make me work longer with more endurance. I think the wotking long nature of music is why those portable music players were called "Workman".
Selected cool music can adjust a persons temper and have positive effects on their mental health and is good at preventing depresion.

Song by Prince Nico Mbarga had been my fathers fevorite song, and each time it is played over the radio, I get a flood of memories about my father.
He loved and played this song over and over at home.

Song by Marc Anthony has been permenently inked in my heart. It played each time i got into my husbands car during our courtship. It felt like his own way of telling me how he felt about me.
Now each time the song is played, it takes me back to those times when the novelty of our love was growing flowers and butterflies in my belly.
I think the butterflies are all grown now but the song still has a special place in my heart.

I love listening to 9 to 5, a song by Dolly Parton when i am neck deep into work. It sets the pace for work without getting worked out.
