Hello all steemian friends, happy to be part of participating in the Steemit Engagement Challenge organized by the Shine with Steem community. Intelligence and creativity are things that are never finished to be discussed because there are always new things to explore and through this challenge we can all show how intelligence and creativity play a role in us.
How do you handle yourself when making decisions? Are you able to solve problems? |

Each problem has its own impact and consequences, so extra consideration is needed to make a decision regarding each problem we are experiencing.
When making a decision, I always consider all the possibilities or impacts that will occur from the decision to be taken, so that there is no regret about the consequences that will be received later.

For me, the right way to make a decision is to consider the advantages and disadvantages of each existing problem. It is also important to identify them specifically because that way we can find out how many advantages and disadvantages we will get, it can also make us more confident before making a decision.
Maybe I'm not as smart as most people out there, because not all the problems I face can be easily solved, some of them I can't even solve because the level of difficulty is so great, but I always try to find a way out by prioritizing a calm mind so that whatever is decided will not harm any party.

Smart people are able to align their abilities with existing possibilities, of course I agree with this because intellectual intelligence is able to lead someone to the best decisions.
Often intelligent people tend to make decisions in a wise way by considering all existing aspects so as to enable the person to be successful in all areas of their work. Smart people always prioritize and make decisions effectively to achieve true success and happiness.
Creativity is often associated with art but more than that, how creative are you? Do you find it difficult to come up with ideas? |

Art and creativity are two things that are interrelated, because with the creativity that art produces, it is no wonder why artists look very creative.
I am one of those people who find it a little difficult to create creative ideas, but I am a typical person who doesn't give up easily in looking for ideas, so even with limited creativity I can produce brilliant ideas in many aspects that I have implemented.
Hard work and never giving up are the keys to success in producing lots of brilliant ideas.

I am very welcome to everyone around me, especially those who are smarter than me, being in a circle of people who are smarter than me is a pleasure in itself for me, precisely by being and working together with people who are smarter than us can have a positive impact and influence our performance for the better.
Isn't the environment where we work a reflection of us, if our environment is surrounded by intelligent people then we will naturally become part of those intelligent people, but even so, everyone has their own point of view, even though I am in an environment of intelligent people, I also have principles. myself to solve problems or make decisions that I think are right and good.

As someone who works in the field and faces many people every day, of course adapting to new changes is something I often encounter and none of this makes me overwhelmed, in fact adapting to new changes can make it a challenge for me to try many things in this life.

Fíjate que siempre han dicho que con quien andas es como te verán y tienes razón en ello porque si estás acompañado de personas inteligentes seguramente serás señalado como tal y no sólo por eso sino porque lo eres a raíz de lo que has aprendido. Before taking any decision, it is very important to see its effects. Who is getting affected by its profit and loss and how much. We should take decisions only after doing such analysis. Because taking wrong decisions leads to waste of both time and money.
